Furthermore, Dr. Moghadam received her business degrees in office and industrial management from California Polytechnic University and worked for several major banking organizations in Los Angles. She started in banking management training program to vice president positions in financial planning.

She lectures on financial crisis in the family and its impact on relationships. She translates relationship books, written text book chapter, and published articles.

Dr. Moghadam has been teaching parenting, cross/cultural studies, and overview of family therapy at community, graduate levels, and abroad. Furthermore, she developed a post doctorate degree curriculum in marriage and family therapy.  

Currently, Dr. Moghadam's private pratice is in Newport Beach, CA and she is joing a medical group to work from two other locations in Orange County, CA. In addition, She is an adjunct professor teaching advance courses in marriage and family therapy. Also, she continues with translating relationship books, writing new articles, and books.
